CLIENT PROFILE

DoD organization operating across classification levels with workloads spanning on-premises data centers and authorized cloud environments

Challenge

Siloed on-premises and cloud environments with inconsistent management tooling
Difficulty migrating workloads due to data sensitivity and compliance constraints
Limited automation for provisioning across hybrid environments

Approach

Assess existing workloads and classify migration candidates by risk, latency, and compliance requirements
Design hybrid reference architecture with unified networking, identity, and policy management
Implement infrastructure-as-code templates for repeatable deployments across on-prem and cloud
Establish monitoring and governance spanning both environments with single-pane visibility

Typical Outcomes

Unified operating model across on-premises and cloud with consistent policy enforcement
Faster provisioning of new workloads from weeks to hours
Improved disaster recovery posture with cross-environment replication

Procurement Paths

NASA SEWP V and SEWP VI for infrastructure hardware and cloud services
ITES-4H for Army IT hardware requirements
